Manager, Supplier & Ingredient Authorization

We deliver enhanced consumer protection and global advocacy to ensure our business maintains license to operate in all markets. This role works closely with several cross-functional groups and proactively leverage their scientific and regulatory expertise to influence new product innovation for key brands. The role will enable business growth (innovation, acquisitions) by bringing solutions to address regulatory and policy risks. The successful candidate should have a passion for always seeking synergies and demonstrate their ability to drive efficiencies in SRA-related compliance processes.


What You’ll Do for Us

Interaction and Network

Manager, Supplier and Ingredient Authorization is expected to work through the networked organization to communicate risks, and impacts to suppliers through audits and assessments.

Works in relationship with NAOU Leadership, Supply Chain Leadership, Procurement, CCBSS, CEPG, Franchise Bottler Leadership and Global QSE.

Strategy and Programs

  • Manage strategic quality and food safety initiatives (process or technology) to test, pilot, and deploy enabling system capabilities and processes

  • Define and lead Programs such as Ingredient Quality requirements and FSMA Compliance.

  • Key liaison with Global QSE, and CEPG partners

  • Team will provide Subject matter expertise to the bottlers and NAOU for ingredients and packaging.

Data & Analytics

  • Manage supplier data platform for QSE results and compliance audits

  • Report actions and data to QSE and NAOU Leadership

  • Maintain and update regulatory and kore requirements for NAOU suppliers

Innovation and Commercialization

  • Process development and approvals for new technology.

  • Alignment and development of approval of Commercialization of new supply products in partnership with RDI, Global QSE, CEPG and CCBSS.

  • Coordination of Bottler requirements for innovation and Commercialization of new supplier and ingredients

Qualifications / Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the areas of Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, Food Safety, or Microbiology, Master’s Degree a plus

  • 3+ years of related experience (operations and supply chain experience a plus)

  • Understanding of Quality and Food Safety Governance

  • Strategy and project management experience

Base Salary:$117,900 -$142,700. Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, are offered.
